To everyone I didn’t get back to today: I sincerely apologize for not getting back to you. I was volunteering working prepping food for the Modernist Cuisine $200/plate dinner at FareStart. And then eating it after. Those people are cool.

Graduating!

Well, I passed my exit exam today! That means in a week and a day, I will have completed my FareStart culinary training. It feels good, yet bittersweet. Good to complete something, naturally, but bittersweet because there are so many cool, fun people that have colored my day-to-day existence that I’m bound to lose touch with at least some as I seg to a new phase of it.
